So, I need to know what you all think about where I should go. I need to start mapping out places before I start going places or else I'll not be able to keep track of things I want to do. So then...Here's a little time schedule of places I'd like to go to (or possible areas of interest) and at what times I want to be near there.
So, here's a tentative list of where I want to go. Keep in mind I plan to keep this in the US (not necessarily continental US) because I know it will cost exponentially more to leave the country.
June/July/August - East Coast (Anything in Eastern Timezone)
Possible Destinations: New York (June), North Carolina (July), Unknown (August)
September/October/November - Midwest/South (Eastern/Central Timezones)
Possible Destinations: Michigan (September), Tennessee (October), Louisiana (November)
December/January/February - Plains/West (Mountain/Pacific Timezones)
Possible Destinations: Texas (December), Utah (January), California (February)
March/April/May - Non-Continental USA
Possible Destinations: Hawaii (March), Washington State (April), Alaska (May)
Please keep in mind this is still under the planning stages. All locations are tentative and cities are not entirely planned as of currently. However, if you have a possible recommendation, please make sure to let me know. I'm truly trying to find a way to make all of this possible, and I know it's going to take a LOT of money in order to pull this off. But I really want to make this work, and I know I'd not be able to make much money by staying in one place to do all of this. That's why I'm trying to plan everything in advance, as well as raise as much as possible before I start my trip.
I also do not have any actual transportation to any of these places except a bike. I don't think I'll be biking my way across the US, as it's not that feasible. However, if anyone can provide transportation or wishes to help me with my journey, please tell me in a comment or by messaging me on the Spirit Science forums through a private message. My username on there is Wasdramer.
Take care, everyone! I love you all! Namaste!

Looks like you're a traveling all over. Ever been to Boston? Heard its not a bad place to visit
ReplyDeleteCan't say I've been there, but that would be fun to go to indeed!
DeleteHave you checked out the SS travel site I made?? https://sites.google.com/site/spiritualjourneymobilizer/home
ReplyDeleteI try to connect travelers with other travelers and also people who offer to help out!! I know a lot of us are going to the rainbow gathering, which you seem to be also going to, so maybe instead of planning everything out, wait to meet all the awesome spirit science people and maybe join along with them!!
It's been my experience that when one tries to plan too far out, and then have others expect one at those times, people get disappointed and upset when those plans don't work out! Plus it kind of limits you, like a chain!! "Oh, sorry can't stay and have fun with you all, told so and so I would be here by such and such".... And no matter how good one might be at keeping plans and schedules, something always happens as "stuff just happens" all the time!! ^_^
I've seen it, but I'll keep it in my bookmarks.
DeleteI'm only planning approximate places I want to go. In other words, these are all places I would like to travel to, I don't have an actual obligation to go to any of them. I just felt like putting each place on there as a possibility. So no need to really worry about that. However, I did have every intention of tagging along with some people, possibly before the gathering even.
It's not so much as a limiter to me, as much as it's just a little thought for certain things and possibilities. In fact, I'm expanding my possibilities by mapping it out early, so that I don't feel like I have to stay in one place for months at a time. Just that kind of thing.
